This is where it gets funny. I specifically told the "Genius" I have started the laptop up and it was up and running, screen and mouse working, files present and retrievable just a few hours before I brought it to the shop. I admitted the fault was liquid damage, and that must have been my mistake.

Not the best Apple store I’ve been to, staff seem a little pushy, I went from section to section and the staff jumped on me. Girl on Apple Watch section was very helpful. The biggest thing we noticed was how much the place needed a dust, where the cables were it was filthy.

Had brilliant service today from the staff of this store. Prompt attention at my appointment to try and rectify a problem with iPad mini . Because of the problem being with hardware I have been given a new iPad mini2...... I really never expected this outcome and was so delighted. Many thanks to Apple for your service and loyalty to customers.

Replaced my faulty iPhone 7 after is stopped working straight away with a brand new one. The whole process from start to finish took 2 hours. Wouldn’t go anywhere else xx

I visited the store yesterday and I very disappointed with the outcome. My iPhone 6 Plus would not charge. And the advice from the staff and manager was that the phone will never charge and the only solution was to buy another. I didn’t! Today I took my phone to a good independent shop and he fixed it for £45 and is working great. Poor customer service. Money grabbing Apple.

I'll skip past the part where employees not doing anything were still too busy to approach me, and the part where I couldn't have my girlfriend's Mac looked at despite the quiet period.
